Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GetFeeder ("Service"), operated by GetFeeder ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

GetFeeder is a product feed management platform that enables e-commerce businesses to:

  • Manage product data across multiple sales channels
  • Synchronize product feeds with marketplaces (Google Shopping, Amazon, Meta, etc.)
  • Apply rules and transformations to product data
  • Monitor feed performance and resolve product issues
  • Manage pricing and inventory across channels

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Pricing Plans

The Service is offered under various subscription plans with different features and limits. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website.

4.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
  • We may change prices with 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages

6. Your Data

6.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any product data, customer information, or other content you upload to the Service.

6.2 License to Us

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6.3 Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you upload to the Service. We are not responsible for errors in data transmitted to third-party platforms.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google, Amazon, Meta, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to:

  • The respective third party's terms of service and policies
  • Any applicable marketplace fees and requirements
  • Data processing agreements with those third parties

We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by GetFeeder and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GETFEEDER, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Service interruptions or inability to use the Service
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service
  • Any other matter relating to the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will function uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Service or servers are free of viruses or harmful components
  • Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GetFeeder and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third party rights
  • Your data or content uploaded to the Service

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on our website
  • Sending an email to your registered address
  • Displaying a notice within the Service

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
  • You may request export of your data within 30 days
  • We may delete your data after the 30-day period

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GetFeeder operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
